The goal of this module is to provide the fundamental set of concepts, algorithms and compression and storage solutions related to multimedia signals and content.

This course invites students to explore the modeling techniques of wireless communication channels, providing the necessary skills to develop and optimize the design of communication systems on the different bands currently allocated by international regulations and for various scenarios and applications currently contemplated in the standards.

This course aims at providing the basic elements for understanding digital information transmission techniques, adaptive receivers and channel coding.
